Affirmations are a great tool for motivation and inspiration. It takes a lot of practice and time in order to start seeing the benefits of it to our lives.
Experimentation is quite often among people and I am not an exception.
I have created this video which contains 20 common affirmations (meaning that they are neutral and can be applied by anyone) in an effort to standardize it and use it every single morning.
For those that want to give it a try, please go ahead and check if it works for you or not.
The idea of the video is that each affirmation is narrated and then followed by a pause of 15-20 seconds so that the listener can repeat it.
